Cooking at anchor

Monday 14th April 2014

Tonight’s meal was lamb and chorizo casserole, served with rice. Prepared with Rosemary and oregano brought from our garden. Cooked in 30 mins and left in our thermal cooker for 2 hours. Enjoyed in the cockpit as the sun set.
